At EvilBoots, we believe in our boots as much as you believe in hard work. If you’re not 100% satisfied, we’ve got you covered.

Returns and exchanges are welcome within 30 days of purchase.

Your boots must be unworn, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging with tags.

This policy applies only to purchases made directly on EvilBoots.com.

Once we receive your return, please allow 2–3 business days for processing.

Returns that don’t meet these conditions may be declined.

Note: If boots are returned worn, damaged, or outside the 30-day window, we won’t be able to process your return, and the boots will be sent back at your expense.

Do you offer free exchanges?

Yes! We provide complimentary shipping on exchanges to make sure you get the perfect fit. Just ensure the boots are unworn and sent back within 30 days.

Do you refund shipping costs?

If you pay for Ground or Expedited shipping and decide to return your item, the shipping costs are non-refundable. You’ll be refunded only for the boots you return.
